MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTICS

Infobiotech has designed and developed, on commission by Enbiotech srl, a line of devices for molecular diagnostics called ICGENE, based on fluorescence reading and now in its fourth generation.

All the devices of the ICGENE line produced on contract manufacturing by Infobiotech at its Palermo headquarters allow molecular analysis using LAMP technique and combine, in extremely small dimensions, high level optical and electronic technology that enables automatic interpretation of analysis results and secure and encrypted tracking of analysis data, which can also be viewed remotely.

ICGENE devices automatically recognize operators and analyses to be performed through RFID badges or QR codes and have wireless interfaces (Bluetooth and WiFi) for remote management and storage of experiments.

The ICGENE line includes ICGENE mini and ICGENE VET (first generation), ICGENE HEALTH (second generation), ICGENE PLUS (third generation) and ICGENE PLUS ONE (fourth generation) instruments.
